The online version of the Official Journal provides access, in English, to that daily publication back to 1973. Issues of the Official Journal from 1953-1972 are also available, but only in Dutch, French, German, and Italian.
The Law Library maintains a microfiche collection of the Official Journal of the European Union from 1973 located in the Law Library's Microform Area on Level 1, in Cabinet 32, Drawers 1-4.
