Bloomberg Law & International Dockets

Bloomberg Law has a selection of international dockets, including the European Court of Justice, the European Court of First Instance, various filings for England & Wales, and some from Hong Kong.

Caveat: in general, the international docket sheets do not provide anything more than the party names, attorney names, the docket number, and the date that the case was filed. At this time, there are no further dates provided and no filings attached.

International Court of Justice
The ICJ is the principal judicial body of the United Nations. The Court's free site provides information on pending cases, closed cases, and advisory decisions back to 1947. PDFs of filings and decisions are often available in English and French.

Print resource: International Court of Justice. Pleadings, Oral Arguments, Documents (1948-).

This ICJ publication contains the written proceedings, the oral proceedings, documents filed after the closure of the written proceedings, and correspondence relating to cases. Since individual case names are part of the name of the respective volume(s), a catalog search will produce the needed results. For example, if you want to find the pleadings in Nicaragua v. Honduras, a Quest search for those words would bring up the correct result.
European Court of Human Rights
The ECHR was established in 1959 and is an international court that rules on applications alleging violations of the rights set out in the European Convention on Human Rights. The court's website provides information on cases pending before the Grand Chamber, including relevant dates, webcasts of hearings, statements of facts (often available in English), and links to chamber judgments.
International Criminal Court
The ICC, governed by the Rome Statute and based at the Hague, is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community.

The ICC website provides links to all cases that have come before it. Case information includes important dates, links to warrants, links to many filings and decisions. Documents are often available in English.
