Thomson West publishes all the opinions of the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court and the rules of these two courts in its North Eastern Reporter, as well as in its series entitle Massachusetts Decisions.
There are no official reports of the decisions of any department of the trial court. However, the decisions of the Appellate Division of District Court are reported and published.
The following two series provide coverage for the Appellate Division of the District Court. This Appellate Division hears appeals from cases in the District Court and is a separate entity from the Appeals Court.
