The education and research agency for the Federal Courts. Provides a Federal Judges Biographical Database, containing service records of all judges of the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Circuit Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court since 1789. Includes texts of landmark legislation and other full-text publications.

Provided by the U.S. Sentencing Commission.
- PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records)
Provides the U.S. Party/Case Index, a national index for U.S. district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts, is available on a fee basis from Pacer for all participating federal courts.
