Doing a broad newspaper search is challenging as papers are spread across multiple databases and the quality of old newspapers makes OCR difficult. A few resources and tips:
An articles search in the BC Libraries catalog will capture many newspaper results. Use the Newspapers filter on the right under Material Type to limit your results.
The main BC A-Z database list includes a database type filter that allows you to filter the list to historical newspapers. This will give you a more complete list of BC's historical newspaper holdings than the selective list below.
BC Access: Resource is available via computers connected to the BC network. Off-campus access requires a BC username and password, and is available to the BC Community only (current students, faculty and staff.)
