Vesting managers manage the creation of Perma accounts for their law review staff. All staff members who need to use Perma will require an account.
Other than vesting managers, all law review staff accounts should be part of the "Vesting User" permission group.
Law review staff should not use the "Request Beta Access" button on perma.cc to request an account. Instead, they should contact their vesting manager to request an account.
