The Code of Massachusetts Regulations is the collection of all of the regulations promulgated by state administrative agencies.
The CMR is updated biweekly by the Massachusetts Register. The Register includes new and changed regulations, notices of hearings and of open comment periods, and executive orders.

Versions of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations are available on Westlaw and Lexis. These versions include links to cases and administrative decisions that cite to a given regulation, as well as any citations to that regulation found in their secondary source collection.
