If you are considering adopting a casebook for use in a class and would like to review it before making a decision, most publishers will provide faculty with a complimentary copy. Most publishers require that you first create faculty account and provide basic information on the course for which the casebook is being considered. Publishers generally provide digital access to the casebook within 24-48 hours. Teaching resources and professor materials are also accessible digitally.
We have provided instructions for registering a faculty account and requesting a review copy of a course book for individual legal publishers since each publisher has different requirements.
Review books must be requested by the interested faculty member as the publishers verify that you are a professor or instructor before granting access to the online casebook and confirmation is sent via email.
